Style Grip No Grip

Slim, flexible non-leather protective case for the Leica M6/M7/MP and M-A camera. Super slim and as unobtrusive as possible for those that generally don't like using a case but appreciate the benefits of the additional protection they provide. There's no mounting screw underneath so the camera continues to sit flat on surfaces.

The Slim Skin case can be removed in seconds for access to change film. It securely attaches to the camera when in use, using our own in-house developed bung mount.

An alternative to bulky heavy leather cases, we made this to disappear, we're hoping you'll forget it's even there. It's also designed to fit the aesthetic of Leica and not detract from its legendary design.

Available in grip and no grip versions. The grip version adds some great stability, especially when paired with a thumb grip. The no grip version keeps things extremely minimal for protection without any fuss.

The Leica M-A version is the same case but removes the cut out for the metering battery cap on both grip and non-grip versions for a customised fit.

Made from a special high quality rubber-like flexible matte material that holds its shape and protects against impacts while being UV and chemical resistant.

We are continually iterating the design so the product you receive may be a slight variance to what the photos depict.

Disclaimer: Always use a tether for safety (neck or wrist strap) and do not rely solely on the Slim Skin case to hold your camera securely.

These are truly ingenious skin cases for our precious Leica cameras. they are so slim and barely noticeable. much better than a leather case which is chunky and adds heft and bulk to the camera. With this, the original form factor remains as it should. The only thing is it needs to be slipped off when changing film which I do not find a hassle. However, if you are shooting an event and speed is paramount, then you might wish to think twice. Otherwise, for a casual shooter, it is great protection for your Leica. I do wish they would make one for the M7 though. I have 3 and all need protection.

I really loved it and the only thing I can say if I’m really picky is the fact that because I have thicker strap I had to wrap my hand a bit around it to fully grip the extra grip in the case

Oh so slim!

Honestly when I saw these on the internet I thought... Mmmm... not sure. However, when I got them it was an immediate wow. They are slim and they are flexible and the black is really the shizzle for me as it retains stealth mode on my M-A. Grip or no grip that's the question. The answer is both are amazing. I do like the no grip version maybe a teeny bit more than the grip version, maybe that is because it retains the M aesthetic of really clean lines. Will the case make a difference... yes, absolutely. I work in unforgiving environments and I hate putting my camera down knowing I could be damaging it... so I can rest assured that I won't have a sticky baseplate from Costa again (there are other brands of café available!). Nice product guys!

Prettiest dress for my sweet little Q3!

It's a really good product.

I had already purchased the X-E5 skin and loved it. Since I had an X100VI, it seemed sensible to also get one for that camera. So, I did.

The improvements over the bare camera are immense. It provides protection; the grip, especially the thumb grip, make it really easy to hold; it's really light - adds nothing to the weight (unlike the Smallrig one) and it takes about 2 seconds to whip it off to get to the battery compartment.

It's well worth it.
